I was invited by Joseph Aleo to make a MIX for SYNEDOCHE.
Here is a mix I made some time ago on a CD-R that has yet to be released on the internet anywhere. A selection of post-folk & ambient songs coming from the past, with a strong, wintery, and intimate vibe and some evanescent vocals here and there.

Happy to announce a new release for the digital label Superpang.
“Da Rin” is a work based on a selection of field recordings made in the Val Da Rin, a small valley located in the Dolomites in the province of Belluno (in Italy’s Veneto region). It is a side valley, to the right of the Val d’Ansiei, in the municipality of Auronzo di Cadore. Here are the coordinates to reach the site: 46° 32′ 21.4″ N 12° 21′ 42.3″ E.

“Lost & Found” is a deferred improvised ambient music work for acoustic guitar and piano. In April 2020, during the first lockdown, Stefano Guzzetti improvised on the piano while listening in headphones to eight acoustic guitar tracks he received by Enrico Coniglio. Completed with the addition of discrete and never overly distinctive electronic parts, “Lost & Found” is a collection of pieces in which sounds alternate themselves with pauses and silences, enhancing tensions and harmonic consonances. From isolationist melancholy to vibrant joy open to hope.
